My journey to excellence in real estate began during my 25-year career as a Sarasota County Firefighter/Paramedic.  I learned the structural components of residential and commercial buildings and interacted with local, state, and federal government and retired as a Battalion Chief.   My days off for 10 years were spent working as a property investor; purchasing, renovating, and reselling homes for profit.  I learned every aspect of construction, finance, and real estate; knowledge which I repeatedly draw from.   I obtained my real estate license in 2006 and soon built a successful team.  In 2011, I opened Gulf Shores Realty, a hyper-local award-winning Real Estate Brokerage.  Gulf Shores Realty won the “Best of Venice” award for 12 consecutive years as well as “Business of the Year” from the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce three different years.  Working as the Broker-Owner, I grew the company to three offices and over 50 Realtors.   I sold the Company for 7 figures and now work as a Broker-Associate with Gulf Shores Realty helping individual home buyers and sellers achieve their dreams.   This vast experience and a proven record of success is invaluable when navigating the complexities of a real estate transaction.  The most satisfying feedback is when a customer tells me that “the entire process was so easy!”   My journey to excellence in real estate continues and it would be my honor to guide you through your next real estate experience.
